    Minimum Marks Required In Neet For Mbbs In Government College 2021 For Obc

    The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a national level entrance exam for medical aspirants in India. It is a prerequisite for admission into medical colleges in India. The minimum NEET marks required for MBBS admission into government colleges in 2021 is a vital factor for students from the OBC (Other Backward Classes) category. In this article, we will look at the minimum NEET marks required for MBBS in government college 2021 for OBC candidates.

    Minimum NEET Marks for MBBS in Government College 2021

    The National Testing Agency (NTA) has set the minimum NEET marks for MBBS in government college 2021 at 50th percentile for candidates belonging to the General category. For reserved categories, the minimum NEET marks required is 40th percentile. Candidates belonging to the OBC category need to score at least 45th percentile in order to be eligible for MBBS admission in government colleges. These marks are calculated on the basis of the candidates’ performance in the NEET exam.

    OBC Eligibility Requirements

    Candidates belonging to the OBC category must meet the eligibility criteria set by the NTA. They must have a minimum aggregate score of 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying exam. Additionally, they must have obtained a minimum of 45 percent in each of the three subjects. Moreover, the OBC candidate must also have obtained a valid NEET score of at least 45th percentile. Candidates must also meet the age criteria of completing 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2021.
